Third Mill was started and is headed by Richard Pratt, my favorite RTS prof.  His goal is to make a seminary education free to the world in many languages.  This includes English.  He has some great videos that can be downloaded for a donation.  They are high quality both in content and production. It also has many MP3s, articles, books, Q & A, etc.  Check it out.
